  1. Online Purchase
    1. How do I make an order?
      1. View products by Categories, Sizes or Prices. To purchase, click ADD TO BAG.
          
      2. You can choose to either continue shopping or checkout to proceed to the payment page.
           
      3. You may view your shopping bag at My Shopping Bag at the top right of the page and checkout.
           
      4. Follow the checkout procedures and it’s done!
           
      5. Your items have arrived at your door step! :) 
           
    2. How long do I have to wait to receive my parcel?
      Once payment has been made and verified, we will post your parcel on the coming delivery date. For pick ups, time may be arranged for pick up at Pop Da Lollies office within our operating hours.
          
      Kindly refer to our Payment & Shipping for further details.
          
    3. Where can I check my delivery tracking number?
      Your Delivery Tracking No will be sent to you by email once we've posted your parcel.
         
      You may track and trace your parcel with Pos Malaysia.
          
    4. What happen if I selected an item and put into the shopping bag but do not proceed for a period of time?
      Merchandise that has been put on the shopping bag will be reserved for a period of 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the shopping bag and would be available for other customer.
          
    5. Can I purchase items that are sold out?
      That will depend on whether that item can be restocked or not. We need to check with our supplier on the current status of the item first before we can give you an exact answer. However, do note that FULL payment is required for any items to be restocked to avoid sudden back outs.
         
    6. Can I cancel my order?
      All items sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable. Please note that back out after an order is confirmed will not be tolerated (serious buyers only). Cancellation of order after payment has been made will not be entertained. All sales are final.

    1. Why should I register?
      You have to register if you want to make a purchase, the good news is it’s free!
         
      You may also choose to sign up for our newsletter where you’ll receive the latest updates from us, whenever we have new arrivals, sales, or any events that we’re going to attend!
          
    2. How to register?
      Just go to Register on the top right of the page and fill up the details needed and you’re done!
         
  3. Payment
    1. How do I make payments?
      Pop Da Lollies accepts payment through bank transfer via bank cash deposit, Maybank2U or via credit cards.
          
      Kindly refer to Payment & Shipping for further details.
           
    2. Can I make payment via Maybank2U?
      Yes. Just contact us at popdalollies@gmail.com and we’ll provide you the bank details.
         
    3. How do I use the discount voucher?
      You may key in the discount voucher code during the checkout process. The new price after discounts will be reflected before you proceed to the payment page.
           
  4. Shipping
    1. What are the delivery charges?
      Kindly refer to Payment & Shipping for details.
         
    2. How do I know how much is the total shipping charges?
      You may view the total shipping charges when you checkout.
         
    3. Can I go for COD (Cash On Delivery) instead?
      Sorry, we do not provide COD service currently.
         
      However, we do offer pick up at our office! Time may be arranged for pick up at Pop Da Lollies office within our operating hours.

    1. Is it safe to provide Pop Da Lollies with my personal details?
      All customer information are private and confidential. We will NOT disclose any customer’s information to any third parties. Rest assured that your personal details are safe with us! :)
         
  6. Returns
    1. What if I want to return the products that I have purchased?
      Please refer to our Return Policy.
         
    2. I’ve received a damaged item, can I get a refund or exchange it?
      Please refer to our Return Policy.

    1. Does Pop Da Lollies offers gift certificates?
      Yes! Purchase them at Gift Certificates and give it to your friends and family for birthdays or even occasions!
         
    2. How to take a screenshot?
      1. Open the window page that you want to take a screenshot of.
            
      2. Press on PrntScr tab on your keyboard (Print Screen tab).
           
      3. Go to Paint, then click Paste. Save the image.
          
      4. Simply attach the image file that you have just saved in the email, send it to us and it’s done!
